2WD 67-79 engine mounts are finally here! These are designed for those with 4x4 conversions done with the factory 2WD frame.
For use with 6.9/7.3 IDI and 7.3L powerstroke.
Kit includes LH and RH brackets, 3/8s hardware, template and instructions.
Designed to use OBS style engine brackets and two LH OBS rubber mounts. (94.5-97)
Pinch on firewall will need to be trimmed back for up pipe clearance.
Bolts into 6 existing holes, will need to drill two 3/8 holes (template included)
Mounting holes are slotted, due to some differences in body position and etc oil pan might be close to crossmember, some light massaging to pan or small “window” to be cut in crossmember will be needed.
Fits automatic and zf5 trans, zf6 will require 1” body lift or custom trans tunnel.
Designed to work with engine at 3 degrees down with factory offset to passenger side.
